The Preschool Skills Checklist has been adapted from Dr. Hanley’s Preschool Life Skills Questionnaire to be a standalone checklist that can be completed by parents or teachers without expert knowledge in applied behavior analysis. The examples have been tailored to learners suspected of having ADHD.
